Both new-generation carts ride on five swivel casters for full 360° rotation, with a fifth caster that toggles between fixed and swivel modes and two total-lock casters to hold the cart still when unattended — and both run quieter on carpet than the carts they replace. For the most secure, high-capacity option, the Executive Compact Housekeeping Cart pairs a locking hood and cabinet doors with a 22"-wide footprint.

Motorized Power: Move Heavy Loads with No Effort

A fully loaded housekeeping cart is hard on staff over a shift. RCP's PROPWR™ motorized kits add battery-powered drive wheels that move loads up to 350 lbs in forward and reverse at 0–2 mph, sharply reducing user strain. A removable key prevents unauthorized use, and the rechargeable battery runs a full shift and swaps out with no downtime. The retrofit Motorized Kit adds the same power to new or existing full-size and compact carts.

Securing Amenities and Protecting the Property
